Finance Director

Ruby Group are exclusively recruiting for a permanent opportunity suitable for a Finance Director to join a Manufacturing and Technology business based in Central London.
You will be enjoying an office-based position in a company who plan to go public with an IPO planned within the next 12 months and periodic stock market responsibility.
You will be working from a small office in London that provide head office services for the manufacturing group interacting with each company to establish periodic reporting and consolidation processes. Process improvement will be key both from a financialand operational perspective solidifying the financial status of each group company.
The ideal Finance Director will possess the following attributes/skills:
- An (ACA, CIMA, ACA, ICAS or CPA) accountancy qualification with several years’ experience, ideally from an engineering, manufacturing background or SME background
- Strong financial reporting and hands on management accounting coupled with experience of implementing control measures
- The FD should be highly analytical with a confident and personable demeanour and the ability to easily build relationships and foster a culture of teamwork
- Some M&A and stock market exposure would be preferable
