Eleanor Nursing and Social Care is a premium domiciliary care agency, providing high-quality and much-needed support to vulnerable people. We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable Reablement Support Workers to join our thriving branch in Wandsworth. Annually, we deliver over 2 million hours of vital care services, including in the local area of Wandsworth, supporting our reablement service users with daily tasks such as meal preparation and personal care, domestic services, and companionship, to allow them to get back to doing their basic daily tasks independently within a certain number of weeks.

**Additional requirements**:
- Pass a DBS Check.
- Must have a full driving licence and access to a car that you can use for work.
- COVID-19 Considerations: Full PPE (mask, gloves, visor, aprons, hand sanitiser) provided.
- Full 4-day induction.
**What will you be doing?**
Our Reablement Support Workers work within the Wandsworth community, enabling our service users to live independently in their own homes. Typical support can include personal care and hygiene, food preparation, administering medication, shopping, and collecting prescriptions, light housework & other domestic chores, companionship, and social support.
**Who are we looking for?**
You need to be calm, patient, hard-working, reliable, and resourceful, with an ability to always maintain professionalism, think on your feet, and keep a cool head in stressful situations - but above all, you need to be 100% committed to helping improve the quality of life of vulnerable people. This role is perfect for you if you have experience caring for a relative or other vulnerable people and are looking for a new and rewarding way to put these skills to good use. You must be local to Wandsworth and know the area.
**We offer flexible working hours but have particularly high demand during the following times**:
- Mornings
- Evenings
- Weekends all hours
