That’s why our apprenticeship programs are developed to provide people with the opportunity to learn everything they need to now to build a successful career in childcare to **make a difference to future generations.**

**The main responsibilities of this job role will include**:

- Supporting the development of the childcare provision.
- Working towards **Level 2 Childcare Apprenticeship**.
- Being an active member in the nursery leading and partaking in activities and jobs throughout different teams
- Learning how to work with children across the whole nursery.
- **Working with children aged 0-5**:

- Providing an excellent range of activities that ensures that the child learns **whilst having fun**.
- **Providing challenging and stimulating activities for all children**:

- Taking part in First Aid training as required
- Responsibility for equal opportunity in delivery, access and attitude in aspects of service delivery
- **Supporting children’s learning and development.**:

- Preparing and maintaining the environment and resources for the children.
- Preparation of food for Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon tea and Snacks.
- Supporting children’s self-care needs.
- **Being creative and enthusiastic**.
- Following Safeguarding rules and regulations to also meet the Standard of the Childcare Apprenticeship.
- Taking on a full time position and completing a Level 2 apprenticeship along side.

Here at SWIFT we belive in quality delivery and learning. You will complete a full time position, whilst taking part in **12 remote training days** over the course of the **13-month program.**

We look within an 45 minute radius to place you in your dream job. Looking to match you with a nursery based off several factors including personality and personal preference.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: £5.28 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Nursery: 1 year (preferred)
- Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
