Property Consultant New Forest

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Property Consultant to join our New Forest team, working mainly from our office in Lymington.
Reporting to the Property Department Manager, you will be responsible for;
- Handling initial owner enquiries
- Recruiting new properties/owners
- Liaising with existing property owners on a day to day basis
- Managing annual property inspections to maintain high standards and ensuring required legislation is current
- Generating property descriptions and managing photography
- Building relationships with local estate agents to generate enquiries using referral scheme
Ideally you will have property experience and have worked in a similar environment with a full understanding of the holiday lettings market, although ongoing training will be provided.
We are looking to recruit a friendly and personable individual, living in the area, that will be able to build a good rapport with both current and potential owners and work well within a dynamic team.
The role will be 3 days a week and one weekend in five on call duty.
A full driving license is essential.
