Are you passionate about customer service? Are you interested in gaining experience working for a leading luxury designer fashion brand?

Tate Recruitment are working in partnership with a well-known brand in their search for experienced Retail Advisors. Your role would be assisting customers with a luxury experience as soon as they step through the door and offer them a personalised, high-quality service they won't find anywhere else.

**You would be responsible for maintaining the selling floor by ensuring the following**:

- Replenishing merchandise after selling
- Ensuring the selling floor is ready for customers at the start of the day and replenished and ready for the next day at the end of your shift
- Folding and placing merchandise on the correct hanger, tissue paper, etc.
- Ensuring you place and/or hang back items as you work and replenish merchandise after selling
- Cleaning up and maintaining fitting rooms
- Assisting in the mark down process
- Assisting in the bi-annual inventory process
- Participation and achievement of pre-sale goals
- Participate in store contests
- Assisting in stock room maintenance
- Responsible for stock pulled; all stock must be put away in orderly fashion

**Skills**
- Excellent interpersonal skills required to ensure clear, effective communication with all management and staff
- Relevant interest in Fashion / Design
- Advanced knowledge of POS and store systems
- A minimum of 1 year on sales, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Proven experience in driving sales and meeting sales targets
- Excellent customer service skills
- Presentable and smart

You will have a pre-interview with Tate Recruitment and if successful you will proceed to an online interview with a store manager.
