**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and recommend other services.
- Collaborate with all parties in the chain and update our clients with up to date detailed information.
- Maintain accurate records of activity, customer calls, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
- Compile accurate monthly exchange predictions to forward to the line manager.

**Skills**
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets and driving sales performance.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.
- Previous experience in a sales progression or estate agency role is essential; together with a willingness to learn more.
