Well, your wage will be higher than the national apprenticeship minimum wage, so start planning what to spend that extra cash on You’ll be employed for a 15-month period to get stacks of experience and launch your career You’ll start at NVQ Level 2 (equivalent to a GCSE) with a possible progression to Level 3 (equivalent to A-levels). We don’t just love to support our customers, we’re there for each other too **Who we’re looking for** Ideally, you’ll have good written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills and basic Microsoft Office Skills but before long you’ll be a real whizz You’re great at working with people as part of a team, but also must be able to work independently and use your initiative. You also have a great eye for detail and are keen to learn from others how to prioritise and manage your workload.
