Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to really make a difference in our Home? We are looking for a dynamic individual for our Senior Healthcare Assistant role. This is a real "hands-on" role, where you will lead your team to deliver quality, person-centered care to our residents. You will have a natural talent to "hit the ground running" and be an ambassador for our Home. As part of your role, you will be responsible for carrying out care plan review, maintain contact with all relevant professionals, medication administration, personal care - all the while, leading by example and constantly monitor standards. Your work ethic will be of the highest caliber and a “can do” attitude is essential. A Level 2 QCF/NVQ in Health & Social Care is desirable. In return, you will work in a beautiful Home with ''Good'' CQC rating, have ongoing support and training and be part of a journey to make our Home outstanding. Uniform, Breaks and Handover are all paid by Hill Care. or Part time **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Part-time hours: 24.5-36.7 per week **Salary**: £13.70-£15.20 per hour **Benefits**: - Company pension - Free parking - On-site parking Schedule: - 12 hour shift - Day shift - Holidays - Night shift - Overtime - Weekend availability Ability to commute/relocate: - Ripon: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Licence/Certification: - NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred) Work Location: In person
