Are you passionate about cutting-edge UAV technology and ready to take your piloting skills to the next level? At Evolve Dynamics, we’re on a mission to transform the future of aerial systems, and we’re looking for a skilled UAV Pilot to join our dynamic team based in Farnham.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a UAV Pilot at Evolve Dynamics, you’ll play a key role in:

- Conducting flight tests for validation and verification
- Delivering customer training sessions, on UAV operation and safety, within the UK and abroad.
- Showcasing our products through live demonstrations to clients and stakeholders
- Supporting trials and operational flights in line with CAA regulations
- Assisting with UAV build, maintenance, fault finding, and repair

What We’re Looking For_Essential Qualifications_
- CAA General Visual Line of Sight Certificate (GVC)
- CAA A2 Certificate of Competency (A2 CofC)
- (Bonus) EASA GVC or equivalent recognised certification
- Full Driving Licence
- Technical Skills & Experience_
- Hands-on experience with CubePilot and PX4 flight controllers
- Proven ability to fly a range of platforms:

- Sub-250g quadcopters
- UAVs up to 25kg MTOM
- Tethered and untethered systems
- Desirable Attributes_
- Strong understanding of aviation safety and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Flexibility to travel for field operations, demos, and trials
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a love for innovation
