Replenishment Supervisor

**About the Replenishment Supervisor**

You will be responsible for stock management and replenishment to kitting and assembly lines, ensuring lines are kept well stocked and staging areas are kept clean and tidy. Providing clear direction to replenishment team and facilitating their tasks will be paramount to the success of this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Line set up and clear-down activities
- Replenishment of stock on lines - refilling appropriate line positions with correct stock in the correct positions at start of shift and for each changeover
- Sortation and stacking of empty crates in staging areas
- Carry out regular checks of stock levels to ensure sufficient stock of all required ingredients is available
- Check and challenge the quality of ingredients
- Waste flow management and out grade count
- Work closely with the Line Leaders and Replenishers to ensure lines are well stocked
- Work closely with the Pallet Ninja Team to ensure staging areas are stocked
- Proactively ensure no shortages and prepare next line for production team
- Train and develop Replenishment Operatives promoting an excellence culture
