**Warehouse Operative**

O’Neill Wetsuits Ltd

Working hours Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

The role of warehouse operative is a varied roll and will involve some cross training on all departments across all warehouse operations including Picking, Packing, Dispatch and Goods-In. With the main focus being on quality, accuracy and efficiency. Duties:

- Accurately and efficiently picking and packing stock for store replenishment orders
- Performing all packing tasks
- Assisting the Goods-In department with counting, QC and the put away of inbound stock
- Maintain a high level of quality control on all items
- Ensure that the warehouse is always clear and tidy
- Assist other warehouse departments as and when required
- Adhere to all Health and Safety Guidelines
- Always represent the O’Neill Wetsuit Brand while working both in and out of the Warehouse

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Physically fit
- Works well within a team environment
- Able to stand for long periods
- Attention to detail and an aptitude with numbers
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Basic understanding of warehouse workings Competencies:

- Warehouse experience beneficial
- Drive For Results

Desirable skills but not essential
- Microsoft NAV
- Amazon vender central
- Warehouse experience

**Job Type**: Full Time - Permanent

**Salary**: Meets National Minimum

**Salary**: £9.50-£10.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Yearly bonus
