- We are on a mission to drive safety and efficiency, and maintaining our high level of operational efficiencies, to guarantee outstanding customer service to our customers looking to move anything from roll cages to wind turbine blades, is crucial**In this role your key responsibilities include**:
- Responding to customer parts enquiries
- Processing parts orders for UK and international customers
- Creating and maintaining shipping documents
- Despatching and tracking parts internationally
- Communicating with customers to update them on their orders
- Be highly experienced in administrative activities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing
- Display extensive attention to detail with vast time management abilities
- Evidence self-motivation and the ability to work unsupervised
