Water Lane Boathouse kitchen team are looking for a full time Senior CDP ahead of our busy Spring/Summer period.

We are located along the Leeds - Liverpool canal and offer a top range of craft beers and cocktails along with our amazing food menu that offers everything from Neapolitan style pizzas to burgers and sharing boards.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes while adhering to food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including equipment and work surfaces.
- Assist in training junior kitchen staff and contribute to menu development as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain kitchen operations.
