Training Administrator

**AIS Survivex is currently looking to recruit a Training Administrator on a permanent contract located in Aberdeen, Montrose or Newcastle UK.**
**The Company**
We are the UK’s number one training provider for the energy sectors, training over 100,000 delegates a year, through a comprehensive portfolio of over 450 training courses (from safety critical to technical to developmental), where applicable accredited by the relevant governing bodies and delivered from our state-of-the-art facilities through-out the UK.

**The Role**
As a Training Administrator you will be responsible for managing all aspects of training for designated client(s) and your duties will include:
- Proactively speaking with designated client(s), delegates and third-party training providers
- Building strong working relationships with your designated client(s)
- Providing world class customer care at all times
- Assist with weekly reports to client and third parties
- Assist with weekly system updates
