Overview:
**Warehouse ERP Administrator** required for permanent employment in a Global based manufacturing company in Kenfig Industrial Estate near Port Talbot

Salary = £12.09 ph (equivelent to £26,467 per annum)

Own transport is required as site is not near any major transport links.

Monday - Friday (40hrs per week ) 9am - 5pm

Must have right to work in UK.

Qualifications:

- Proactive, self-starter who is comfortable working on own initiative. To succeed, you must be numerate, computer literate and have an attention to detail. The ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines is essential.
- Preferable experience of working within ERP systems
- Preferable will hold an FLT license

**Responsibilities**:
**Summary** (job purpose and main contribution to business):
To perform warehouse administration functions in support of the Logistics Manager, utilising the ERP system to control material movements. Additionally to operate FLT’s in support of the shift warehouse team and cover as required.

**Essential Functions** (main responsibilities):

- Log incoming receipted materials to ERP system by batch number
- Issue goods required to production by batch number where required for production works orders
- Receipt goods inward to warehouse using ERP system against production works orders
- Book in waste product to warehouse and store as appropriate for re-use, or sale
- Ensure waste material is appropriately labelled in warehousing and utilised on FIFO basis back to production
- Record movements from night shifts and weekends into ERP system
- Operate FLT to assist in warehouse goods movement activities as required
- Assist Logistics Manager with regular cycle counts and stock takes as required
- Assist in other areas of the business for emergency cover if required
- Cover for Logistics Manager as required for any absence
- To comply with reasonable requests from management
- Other ad hoc duties as allocated
