Situated just outside of the vibrant city of Sheffield, their Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance (RAQA) department is renowned for its dedication to innovation in enhancing product quality and operational efficiency.

**The Role**

**Background/Experience**

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Designing and drafting SOPs in compliance with ISO 13485 and ISO9001 core QMS.
- Serving as the process owner for supplier management, including evaluation and re-evaluation.
- Conducting supplier audits.
- Acting as the functional lead for quality and technical agreements.
- Verifying purchased products and reporting on performance.
- Managing the control and disposition of nonconforming material, both pre-and post-delivery.
- Overseeing complaint management, including analysis, investigation, and reporting of complaints.
- Escalating reporting, including HHE, FSCA, and regulatory reporting.

**Qualifications**:

- Advanced degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated at least 2-4 years' track record in a similar role, with extensive experience in quality management systems.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data management and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.

Pay: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
