**Bath ASU** which produces thousands of aseptically (sterile) compounded injectable pharmaceutical products each day for hospitals and patients who are fighting cancer, living with chronic disease or in need of pain relief.

**Your role**

You will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy run smoothly by undertaking dispensary paperwork, stock management tasks, ensuring logs are kept current and accurate, generating stock tickets, answering phone calls, filing and preparing documents, relaying messages to patients and varying administrative tasks. The role requires liaison with all operational departments on a daily basis and the ability to adapt to a fluid working environment.

**Working hours**:22.5 hours per week on following working pattern:
Monday: 08:00 - 16:30

Tuesday:08:00 - 16:30

Friday:08:00 - 16:30

- Annual salary: £23,871 pro rata (£14,322.60 per annum for 22.5 hr/week)
- Annual leave of 25 days pro rata + bank holidays (increasing to 27 days pro rata after 3 years service)
