we have one 8 hour contract available, with the option for overtime that can be explained during interviewing.

**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide tailored assistance.
- Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, handling cash and card payments efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving deliveries, restocking shelves, and conducting regular stock checks.
- Provide product knowledge to customers, answering queries and offering recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, ensuring satisfactory resolutions are reached.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to maintain a tidy sales area.
- A proactive attitude towards learning about products and services offered.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as required.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions accurately.

Pay: £11.44 per hour
