A highly respected independent firm of Chartered Surveyors and Technical Specialists based in Central London, are seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their expanding team.

Having been established for over 20 years in the Capital, this Practice have historically specialised in Rights of Light and Party Wall matters and have recently opened a Building Consultancy team. With 2 Building Surveying directors offering over 30 yearsof knowledge from some of London's top Property Consultancies between them, this role is offering the broad spectrum of Building Surveying exposure focusing on predominantly Professional matters.

As the successful Graduate Building Surveyor, you'll gain full APC support and training, working on services including; due diligence, contract administration, dilapidations, schedules of conditions and party wall matters. You'll work specifically with commercialprivate sector clients, occupiers, investors and some of London's most prestigious estates.

**The Successful Graduate Building Surveyor**
- BSc or MCs in Building Surveying
- Previous experience welcome
- Experience in dealing with Professional Building Surveying matters ideal
- Client facing and commercially minded
- Committed to your career progression and keen to progress your APC
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Good basic BS services knowledge
