**We're looking for someone with a can-do attitude to join our team here at Mount Stewart as an F&B Team Member.**

**The Hours: Flexible working hours, including both weekday and weekend work. No evening or split shifts required.**

**The Salary: £9.90 per hour**

**Duration: Fixed term contract for 12 months.**

**Interview Date: Friday 03 February.**

This role is an hourly paid, fixed term role. Wherever possible we aim to offer a consistent working pattern, but we’re looking for flexibility as it may be necessary for us to alter this pattern from time to time to suit the needs of the business. We’d give you as much notice of this as possible.

- Most of our locations are not accessible by public transport and therefore we encourage you to consider how you would commute here before you apply. _
- Currently our tearooms are open from 10am-15:30pm. Please note this will increase in the summer. _
- Public transport - There is a local bus route which stops outside Mount Stewarts front gates. _

Your own mode of transport is welcomed, and you'll get free parking on site.

What you'll be doing:With your love of working with people, positive attitude, and desire to provide an excellent service, you’ll welcome and look after every customer who visits our Food and Beverage outlet.

Using your excellent attention to detail, you’ll ensure all signage is displayed correctly and the food served, looks delicious. From time to time you may be required to assist the kitchen team with food prep, but your core focus will be from a front of house perspective.

You will receive a bespoke induction, allergen/food safety training and the coaching required to fulfil in role. Further professional training & development opportunities are available.
