Due to our phenomenal growth, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Junior** **Digital Marketing Assistant** to join our team based in York. You will play a vital role in our marketing team, where your analytical mindset and enthusiasm for digital marketing will help drive our advertising success.

Please note: This position is initially offered as a maternity cover. **Your Role**:

- **Assist in managing and planning online advertising campaigns** to ensure they reach the right audience.
- **Monitor and analyse the performance of these campaigns**, learning to make decisions based on data to improve results.
- **Study what our competitors are doing** to help us create better strategies and find new opportunities.
- **Try out different approaches** to see which methods work best for attracting customers.
- **Research and suggest the best words and phrases** that will help our products stand out in online searches.
- **Work closely with the marketing and sales teams** to make sure our ads are effective and help bring in new customers.
- **Help prepare clear and accurate reports** that show how our advertising efforts are performing.
- **Contribute ideas to develop long-term plans** for our online advertising strategies.

**Working Hours**: Full-time, with the flexibility to start anytime between 8:00am and 9:30am and finish between 4:00pm and 5:30pm (37.5hrs per week).

You will be based at our modern offices in York, therefore it is essential that you have your own transport.
