**ROLE**:Resourcing Advisor
**HOURS**:40 per Week - Permanent Role

**WHAT OUR RESOURCING ADVISORS DO**:

- Manage the end to end recruitment for a number of live vacancies
- Acting as the primary contact for Hiring Managers
- Proactive engagement with our hiring population
- Engaging with hiring managers, and agreeing and managing timelines
- Networking and building a talent pipeline
- Working with selected third party suppliers, monitoring performance, costs and quality of service provisions through agreed performance metrics
- Shortlisting and submitting CVs to Hiring Managers
- Arranging interviews, and obtaining and conveying interview feedback
- Working with the wider Resourcing Team
- Identify and deliver creative recruitment solutions and campaigns for hard to fill vacancies
- Provide proactive customer support, and go the extra mile to meet Stakeholder requirements

**WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR RESOURCING ADVISORS**:

- Previous recruitment partnering experience within a fast-paced environment
- Previous high volume recruitment / resourcing experience (previous exposure to a large, multi-site, multi-brand organisation could be an advantage, but is not essential)
- A highly communicative and customer focussed working style
- A motivated and positively minded outlook
- A self-starting personality with strong organisational skills who thrives on the challenge that comes with such a multi-site, multi brand business such as the Eurocell Group
- Excellent time management abilities, with the ability to prioritise within a dynamic environment
- Ability to manage own workload, and work as part of a team
