Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

**Salary**:£23,000 per annum
Location: Borehamwood
Contract: Permanent, Full Time - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

COMPANY PROFILE

Our client, a Global Trade company based in Borehamwood are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join their lively team.

This is a key role to provide exceptional customer service to new and existing customers

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Previous experience in a similar position.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong administration skills, previous order processing experience would be beneficial.
- Highly organised, and the ability to work well in a fast paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing customers with quotations and price enquiries.
- Processing orders, invoices, and returns.
- Dealing with customer complaints and any invoice queries.
- Organising stock and goods in and out.
- Providing support to the sales team and dealing with ad-hoc admin duties for the wider business.
