We are working on a fantastic new opportunity with a global multinational who are looking to recruit a Head of Tax. This is a great role focusing on all aspects of UK and International taxes.
- Lead the Tax planning and compliance considering the future strategy of the business, group policy, tax technology upgrades and local regulations
- Responsible for all tax matters including, corporate tax, WHT, TP, VAT etc.
- Developing frameworks & strategies for areas of responsibility.
- Supporting tax optimisation and tax authority interactions
- Working closely with tax advisers to deliver M&A tax projects
- Knowledge of transfer pricing policies and cooperation with the Head of Transfer Pricing.
- Involvement on any tax projects both in the UK and overseas

**Qualifications**:

- Fully qualified Tax Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CTA)
- Previous Corporate Tax experience (from a large UK based practice or in-house team)
- Tax Technology project experience is ideal
