Principal Consultant

As a Principal Consultant, you will be joining our Advisory team where you will have the chance to utilise your broad skill set, bringing clients closer to our teams and enabling us to deliver solutions to them. You will be the point of connectivity between our clients and our technical teams. Working with both public and private sector clients to bring together fully funded solutions to meet the needs of our communities.

What you will contribute to the team:

- Shape sustainable solutions, embodying the principles of Net Zero Carbon
- Identify suitable routes to market
- Coordinating engagement meetings with stakeholders and contractors
- Connect them to our network of industry leading experts
- Drive smart / digital infrastructure opportunities
- Oversee the development of design options.
- Deliver Social Outcomes

Required for the position of Principal Consultant:

- Degree qualified
- Have either a technical and/or design management background with proven experience in a similar role
- A desire to lead and develop teams
- Should have or be willing to pursue a professional qualification with an appropriate body

Preferred, but not required:

- Excellent organisation skills
- A drive to get things done
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work both independently as well as within a larger multi-disciplinary team
- A valid full UK driving licence
