**Corporate Actions/Dividends Analyst**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the entire lifecycle of a Corporate Action from initial notification to file closure, investigating and resolving all issues as they arise.
- Ensuring corporate action processing is executed accurately and timely in line with our agreed processes.
- Dealing with enquiries from Investment Managers and liaising with Custodians to provide updates on corporate events.
- Work closely with clients to provide them with accurate and timely information, answering any questions they may have regarding corporate actions.
- Review and enhance operational processes on a regular basis.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- 2+ years previous financial services experience.
- Experience working in corporate actions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to manage relationships with key business stakeholders and clients.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
