OA are looking for an**Administrator** to join our clients Logistics & Purchasing team based in Hertford.
**Main Duties**
- Handling any inbound calls from customers or suppliers
- Processing Sales Orders
- Raising Purchase Orders on suppliers in the UK and overseas
- Monitoring shipments by air and sea, advising customers of any potential delays
- Liaising with suppliers in the UK and overseas
- Liaising with freight forwarders
- Producing Stock Reports and other reports as required
- Maintaining customer database
- Other Administration duties as required
**Key Skills & Experience**:
- Knowledge of supply chain or Sales Order processing is advantageous
- Use of Sage 200 is advantageous
- Previous Administrator experience
- Confident communication skills, written and verbal
- Great relationship building skills
- Well organised with a good attention to detail
- Confident IT user, including Microsoft Office
