**Semi formal pathway Lead ( KS1- Teaching commitment 0.8)**

Richmond Hill is a two-site, child-centred exceptional primary special school for pupils with severe and complex needs from 5 to 11 years of age. All pupils have an Education, Health and Care plan (EHCP). Both sites are very well resourced, with high quality facilities including superb grounds and outside equipment.

This role is based at West and would work closely with KS2 semi formal pathway lead and our other pathway leads

We are currently seeking a SEND specialist to develop and lead our EYFS pupil transition to West and KS1 semi formal pathway we call Shoots across our school.

This post would suit a specialist interested in working with children at developmental levels 24-48 months, this post would interest teachers already working within an early years setting. This post would focus on developing a life skills based curriculum, growing personal independence and continuing to build communication.
