Hours: 16.25 per week, term-time only (extra hours available during the holidays)

**About us**

We have one mission: to empower children and young people across Hampshire to realise their potential. We work with those most in need of our support, inspiring them to realise they are capable of more than they thought. Our work focuses on 3 key points:

- Developing social and emotional wellbeing
- Improving engagement with learning
- Supporting positive decision making

We run a number of childcare services across the county including Holiday Clubs, Breakfast and Afterschool Clubs, and Preschools. All profits from our childcare services are donated to our charitable arm to support disadvantaged young people across the county.

**About the role**

As a Playworker your role will be to support children and young people to reach their potential by planning, running and monitoring engaging activities.

We are looking for compassionate, enthusiastic individuals who are committed to making a difference to the lives of children and young people. You will need to be flexible, creative, and caring and have previous experience of working with young people.
