The role:

- You will be fully welcomed into the firm's Family team and work closely with the Partners and you will help to form part of a small team within the larger department.
- This role will see you working in an unusual team structure by working closely with the Partners, Solicitors and fee earners on your team and providing them with high-level support on complex high value cases.
- You will be working on financial matters, divorce, children, cohabitation agreements, disputes between unmarried couples just to name a few. On occasion you may also be exposed to some property dispute matters that arise too.
- You can expect to be partaking in training conducted by both colleagues internally and also external professionals.
- Ideally, you will be a Paralegal with a background in private Family law with a can-do attitude for delivering excellence
- You must be a team player with a can-do attitude that is highly academic and willing to embrace all that you would learn in this role.
- The firm are looking for a dedicated individual to commit on a long-term basis as this will absolutely encourage your overall career development.

Your involvement in the overall development of the business will contribute to your success and progression here as the firm generally encourage progression and development; previous junior members of the team have gone on to work as Associate Solicitorswith this progressive firm, for instance.
