Our client in Hitchin is looking for a Project Support Administrator to join their busy and friendly team
You will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to plan and achieve goals
As a Project Support Administrator, you will be:

- Receiving and processing orders efficiently
- Working alongside the Project Managers, organising hotels, hire equipment, deliveries etc
- Schedule engineers for work and update the work planner
- Provide the Project Managers support with invoicing and administration, whilst ensuring systems are kept up to date at all times
- Supporting the initiation to production and fabrication, completing all factory action requests
- Coordinating the delivery of materials and equipment to site, ensuring they are both on time and meets requirements
- Requesting labour from central resource, ensuring that the days requested are within accepted quote costs
- Assisting the Project Managers in working with the Customers to ensure satisfaction and deal with any Customer complaints in a timely manner
- Adhoc administration duties
Project Support Administrator skills:

- 1-2 years previous experience within a Admin/management role, dealing with a shared inbox
- Organised individual with good time management skills
- Excellent problem solver
- Strong attention to details
- SAP and Salesforce experience desirable
- Ability to read construction or CAD drawings an advantage
- Competent IT user
