We're looking for a talented, driven, ambitious and curious individual, who takes a hands-on approach to implementing SEO strategies and obtaining results.

As an senior SEO specialist you'll identify strategies, techniques and tactics to increase the number of visitors to a website and obtain a high-ranking placement in the results page of search engines. By generating more leads for the business you'll openup new opportunities for driving growth and profit.

**Role & responsibilities**
- Auditing client websites, conducting technical analysis, competitor and keyword research;
- Based on the above, developing SEO strategies in response to client business objectives, including being able to advise on content and link outreach strategy with support from the SEO team,
- Executing, monitoring and reporting SEO campaigns;
- Creating briefs for the UX, design and technical teams to support in the development of optimised websites;
- Monitoring Google updates and keeping clients informed of the potential impact on their performance;
- Briefing in content creators, such as Copywriters, with the support of an SEO Manager

**What your typical week will look like**
- Regular check ins with the SEO team to align on priorities and focus for the week
- Conducting research and providing insights for client pitches
- Creating SEO action plans
- Supporting the development of content plans
- Carrying out technical and onsite optimisation
- Liaising with other team members
- Communicating with clients
- Compiling and sending reports

**Skills & experience**
- We are looking for someone who has at least 2 years SEO experience covering technical, onsite and offsite SEO.
- You'll be able to conduct robust keyword and competitor research, combining it with market and trend insights to recommend SEO and broader content marketing activities that will put your clients in front of the right audiences.
- You'll have strong technical knowledge of sitemaps, crawler optimisation and structured data, allowing you to support the SEO team in implementing smaller optimisation changes and collaborating with development teams on larger projects.
