**The Role**

We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Hollingbury site. You’ll oversee the flow of goods - from farm collections & deliveries through to chef orders - ensuring quality, safety, and team efficiency at every step. You'll report to and work closely with the Warehouse Manager to keep the warehouse running smoothly and sustainably.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Goods In** - Receive and check deliveries from farms and suppliers
- **Stock Takes** - Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular counts
- **Quality Control** - Monitor and uphold produce standards
- **Food Safety** - Ensure hygiene and compliance with SALSA certification
- **Health & Safety**:

- Ensure safe working practices across the warehouse
- **Order Checking** - Oversee accurate picking, packing, and final order checks
- **Goods Dispatch** - Manage dispatch to ensure timely delivery to chefs
- **Shift Management** - Lead and support the warehouse team during your shift

**You’ll Need**
- Experience in warehouse or food distribution (fresh produce a bonus)
- Team leadership and shift management skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Working knowledge of food safety standards (SALSA & BRC experience desirable)
- Forklift license (a plus)
