This is an **entry level position** where you can start and develop your career in estate agency and there is no limit on both commission and career progression

**What does a Property Consultant do at Laurels?**
- Conducts Viewings & Valuations
- Markets Properties Across All Levels (our average listing price is £750k but we have some at +£10m)
- Negotiates Offers & Secure Deals
- Secures New Business Opportunities
- Leads, Creates, & Implements Bespoke Marketing Strategies
- Provides an Award-Winning Service
- Communicates with Clients & Team Members Effectively
- Works At A High-Performance Level (Which is the culture at Laurels)

**Long Service Awards**

**Salary Structure**
- Basic salary £22,000 per annum
- 1st Year On target earnings (after training period) is £35,000 per annum
- 2nd Year On Target Earnings is £50k+ per annum
- Uncapped Commission
- Probation Passing Bonus
- High-Performance Bonuses
- Company Pension Scheme (upon completion of probation period)

**Working Hours**
- Full time & Permanent
- Base Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm (likely to be working outside of these hours but time will be compensated back)
- Saturday, 9am - 5pm (approx. 2 Saturdays a month - with one day off in the week)
- Sunday, 10am - 4pm (approx. 1 Sunday a month - with one afternoon off during the week)

**Location**
- Hub Office, Surbiton, KT6
- Surrounding Areas such as (Chessington, Epsom, Esher, Leatherhead, Cheam, and Sutton)
