On behalf of Lloyds Banking Group, AMS are looking for **three Liquidity Policy Managers**within Group Treasury for an initial **12 month** contract based in London. (Hybrid working)

**Purpose of the Role**:
To deliver the remediation plan, which has resulted from a recent PRA audit on liquidity regulatory reporting. As a manager, you'll have the opportunity to work on a broad spectrum of liquidity regulatory policy that spans the end-to-end process startingwith regulation and ending with the implementation of the regulatory returns. You'll also play a meaningful role in piloting a project to improve the current regulatory reporting framework, influencing the Group approach to regulatory documentation.

**As a Liquidity Policy Manager you will be responsible for**:

- Interpreting PRA and EBA regulation relating to liquidity reporting, understanding liquidity reporting template instructions and being able to translate these into business language for everyday use.
- Documenting the regulatory interpretations to make sure the language is business accessible while remaining complaint with regulation.
- Supporting the team in selecting a software tool and populate the content.
- Conduct business evaluation of the document repository tools currently available in the market or already in-house.
- Participating in a structured pilot exercise using the new software tool in order to establish a new framework for the recording, management and maintenance of regulatory interpretations. Content must be business accessible, easily searchable and remainin line with regulation.
- Establishing a roll out governance process for the new framework, in conjunction with key stakeholders.
- Working in the team, ensuring the delivery of the remediation plan agreed with the PRA.
- We're looking for self-starter colleagues with experience in regulatory, policy, legal, risk or compliance roles who are interested in learning about Liquidity.
- You'll need to love a challenge, not get fazed by jargon and regulation, make the complex simple, manage your time efficiently and have good attention to detail.
- You'll need to be able to write content, read and interpret regulation, translating complex concepts into language that can be easily understood by the business and business analysts.
- You'll be an excellent written and verbal communicator.
- You'll have strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
