Rowlands Pharmacy is seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver for our New Cumnock branch. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for collecting and delivering prescriptions to customers in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers, ensuring that you always provide courteous and effective customer service.

In this role, you will be handling important medication, so it is crucial that you understand the importance of delivering high-quality service and maintaining professionalism at all times. You will be interacting with vulnerable individuals within the community, and it is essential that you understand the importance of building rapport with these customers and ensuring that they receive their medication when they need it.

In addition to delivering prescriptions, you will also be required to maintain accurate and up-to-date administrative records. This may include completing delivery logs, tracking inventory, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is properly filled out and filed.

To be considered for this position, you will need
- Full UK driving license

Prior experience in customer service and delivery driving is preferred, but not required. It is also essential that you comply with company policies regarding safe transport of goods and that you maintain the security of the van at all times.

Total Working Hours: 21 Hours per week
Working Pattern: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Rate of Pay: £10.62
