- Proactive credit control by telephone whenever possible ensuring thorough saturation of ledger
- Meeting any individual and team KPI's
- Develop strong working relationships with both customers and internal departments
- Resolve queries to ensure timely payment of invoices
- Investigate and resolve any instances of unapplied cash
- General housekeeping of the Accounts Receivable ledger and accounts reconciliation
- Month End activities
- Ad hoc duties required by management or to meet the needs of the business
