Go Train, one of the UK’s largest training providers, is looking to appoint a **Job Coach** as part of the government’s Restart initiative. As a **Job Coach**, you will play a pivotal role in supporting long-term unemployed individuals into suitable and sustainable employment.

Role Requirements:*

Manage and support a caseload of jobseekers by providing guidance and overcoming any barriers to employment.
- Help jobseekers to write CVs, prepare for interviews and develop their skills.
- Identify local job opportunities and keep up to date with local job market information.
- Work to KPIs and monitor progress of jobseekers in securing employment.
- To build rapport with job centre and referral partners to provide employment opportunities to your caseload.
