Job Summary

**Positions Available**
- Part-Time Sales Executive (hours negotiable)

**Responsibilities**
- Guide clients through our bespoke engagement and wedding ring design service
- Share expert knowledge about natural diamonds and gemstones with clients
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our discerning clientele
- Provide exceptional customer service that aligns with high-end luxury retail standards
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations about our natural stone collections
- Maintain detailed client records and follow up professionally
- Stay current with gemological trends, natural stone markets, and industry developments
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent store presentation
- Participate in inventory management and store security procedures

**Skills & Requirements**
- Genuine passion for natural diamonds and gemstones
- Knowledge of or strong interest in gemology and natural stone characteristics
- Experience with or enthusiasm to learn about bespoke jewellery design
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably in luxury goods and fine jewellery and watches
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with high-net-worth clients
- Strong attention to detail and impeccable presentation
- Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to building a career in the industry
- Ability to work as part of a close-knit family business environment
- Professional demeanour and polished appearance
- Previous experience in fine jewellery and watches is a must
