Located on the outskirts of Colchester, the hospital opened on this site in 1994 and currently has 57 bedrooms including three twin-bedded rooms all with en-suite facilities to ensure complete privacy throughout your stay. Oaks Hospital has a tradition of working closely with Consultants and patients to ensure the best quality healthcare is consistently being delivered. **The Role**: An exciting opportunity for a qualified Chef has arisen for our Oaks hospital, based in Colchester. As Chef, you will be working alongside our Head Chef and Second chef, and long established team, you will be responsible for the development and provision of high quality freshly made nutritious meals served to our patients and staff on a daily basis. The role includes supervising Catering Assistants and being responsible for the all aspects of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef/Second Chef. You will be confident self-motivated with previous experience in a fast paced catering environment.
