Medway Norse are currently looking to recruit a Facilities Administrator, operating out of our offices in Gillingham, Kent. This position is an important part of our facilities team, tasking you with providing a comprehensive administration service for thebusiness through enquiry management and customer service duties.

Managing the team’s time and workload effectively is key to maintaining our current service levels, and you will play an important part in this by taking responsibility for all reactive and planned maintenance of in-house engineers and sub-contractors. Internally,you will work within a diverse administration team, and collaborate with then to provide purchase orders, sales invoices and relevant information for contract and budgets.

This is a full time, permanent position working 37 hours per week Monday - Friday.

**Your Experience**:

- Proven experience working in a busy and diverse administrative environment.
- Excellent approach to customer service.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbally.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including; Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Full UK driving licence.
