HR Co-ordinator Part-time

Our client a successful organisation based in Leicestershire is looking to appoint an experienced HR Assistant to their small friendly team.
This role is Part Time, 21 hours per week, working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, these days are fixed as the role is part of a job share.
The role:
- Complete HR administration for the directors and management
- Liaise with appointed employment law consultants on personnel related issues and procedures
- Employee Relations and disputes management
- Minute Taking - disciplinary, grievance and performance meetings
- Ensure HR Department codes of practice are followed correctly.
- Onboarding New Starters and completing inductions
- Update Employee Handbook as required and issue relevant changes to all employees.
- Maintain accurate and up to date personnel records for all employees.
- Monitor and maintain accurate sickness, absence and holiday records.
- Monitor completion of personnel forms and acknowledgement of personnel letters by all employees.Escalate where necessary.Process Maternity Leave, Paternity Leave and Parental Leave.
- Opening and distribution of incoming daily mail.
- Check accuracy of monthly time sheets and forward to payroll office.
- Attend interviews for recruitment.
- Liaise with payroll office regarding queries in respect of wages/salaries, pensions, maternity leave, SMP, SSP.
- Maintain and update HR system as necessary.
- Compose and management recruitment processes
- Maintain employee work wear files.
- Maintain Company Accident Book.
- Any other reasonable duties requested by directors.
The package:
- £25,000 per annum pro rata (£15,000 actual pre tax take home)
- Holidays : 20 days + stat
- Pension
- Office Based
- Part Time 21 hours
