We have excellent opportunity to join a long established foundry in Stockton on Tees.

To keep up with growing business demands, and assist in manufacturing of high integrity complex castings, including large diesel engine components, compressors and pumps, we are looking to increase our existing workforce with Fettlers. You will need to work proactively as part of a team in a fast paced environment ensuring quality products are finished and despatched on time.

Working hours are 39 pw, shift work, with opportunities for shift allowance and overtime.

Key Criteria; Fettler / Metal Grinder

Experience in a similar role working within heavy industry / Foundry grinding and fettling Iron castings, working with high cycle grinders and hand tools is **essential**.

Environment:

- A dirty working environment which may be hot or cold weather dependant.
- Physically demanding.
- You will need to wear the appropriate PPE for this role.

- **Experienced **Fettler**:

- Good communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- Accurate, precise and practical

Personal qualities:

- Enthusiastic
- Self-motivated
- Punctual
- **Must be reliable**

Pay: £12.48 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 39 per week
