A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading firm in Loughborough within its growing Family department.
My client is a multi-site law firm which has its head office in Loughborough. It is a traditional law firm with modern values and ambitious growth plans. It seeks an experienced family solicitor who can work autonomously out of its head office.
This role is due to expansion of the department and firm as a whole. As a Family Solicitor you will have at least 2-3 years' PQE and be confident to work under your own supervision with the support of a secretary. This opportunity also provides plenty of scopeto grow your own team in Loughborough and take on more of a mixed manager/fee earner role if there is appetite to do so.
Your caseload will be predominately privately funded work including divorce, financial provision, cohabitation cases and child-related matters including contact, residence, relocation, and specific issues cases. The firm does have legal aid files too so someonewho can do a mix of both private and public funded work would be of particular interest.
