_**JOINER (Self-Employed)**_

We are a well-established construction company specalising in general building and light weight conesrvatory roof conversions.

Due to a significant increase in workload, we now have a great opportunity to welcome experienced Joiners to our team.

You will be expected to work Monday to Friday, within a 2 hour radius of York/Leeds and occasionally pre-planned working away (which you will be paid extra for).

We are looking for someone with a great “can do” attitude, has the ability to work to deadlines and someone who has pride in their work and offers a great finish. A full, clean driving is also desirable, but 6 points or less our insurers will consider. A van will be provided.
- **The ideal applicant will have good expertise and relevant experience in all general construction and is it would be a BONUS if you were experienced in the following areas (but not essential)**:_
- _**All construction**_
- _**Build a traditional roof**_
- _**Fascia’s and gutter fitting**_
- _**Lead work desirable**_
- _**Roof tiling**_
- _**Basic general joinery**_
- **General tasks will include**:_
You will be working in a wider team on site, meeting deadlines and maintaining a good relationship with your colleagues on site during the construction process of our jobs. Other tasks include loading skips/van and checking delivery of materials and working alongside a plasterer to construct and complete our conservatory roof conversions. Experience preffered in timber roof building but we can train you

We expect that the Joinery work is carried out to a high standard within set timescales and all areas must be left clean and tidy and to our customers' satisfaction at the end of the job.
