As an Administrative Assistant/Supplier Cleanse Coordinator it will be required for you to support the Admin office Manager and work alongside the Goods in Admin team. There is also the requirement to liaise closely with the Supplier cleanse organiser and the further heads of the Operational team in the warehouse.

**Duties**:
**Supplier cleanse Coordination**
- Full responsibility of the control of the outgoing supplier cleanse pallets
- schedule and coordinate the outbound cleanse pallets
- Communicate with all stake holders including FPS transport team
- Work closely and liaise with the supplier cleanse Organiser.
- Update the Supplier Cleanse tracker.
- Organise paperwork for carrier supplier collections to be signed.
- Weekly/Daily liaising and reporting on supplier cleanse activities.
- Daily catch up with the supplier cleanse organiser.

**Administrative duties**
- Take phone calls in a polite professional manner
- Scheduling in supplier deliveries.
- Producing put away tasks for the put away team.
- Send scanned copies of discrepancy notes direct to the suppliers
- Create a Discrepancy note (if required) and communicate to the relevant supplier in a timely manner.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding invoices etc.
- Report any issues to the Admin Team Leader/Manager in a timely manner
- Work closely with the Operations team to build a good balanced relationship
- Filing paperwork in an orderly fashion.
- Any other administration duties deemed necessary

**Warehouse Operative**
- Picking customer orders, loading vans and making regular checks to ensure all orders are picked correctly
- Oversee the dispatch of orders and coordinate van deliveries
- Checking and putting away supplier deliveries, informing your line manager of any shortages or damaged stock
- Assist with a rolling stock taking program, ensuring all stock is located correctly at all times
- Assist with maintaining a clean and safe working environment

**Other Duties**
- Putting Away of Urgent stock lines.
- Work alongside the Days put away team.
- Organise any over stock pallets to be transferred to our Grangemill Lane site (Bulk storage)

Due to the nature of the business, you may from time to time be required by Management to perform other duties (on a permanent/temporary basis), which fall reasonably within your capabilities. The above list is not exhaustive.
