Gardener/landscaper

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Gardener or someone without experience but willing to learn the job, to join our team. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our customer’s gardens and landscaping new spaces and outdoors. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong knowledge of plants, landscaping techniques, and gardening tools. **Duties**:

- Perform general garden maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, weeding, lawn mowing, hedge trimming, strimming etc.
- Operate hand tools and power tools to trim hedges, mow lawns, and remove debris
- Assist with landscape maintenance projects such as installing irrigation systems or building garden structures, decking, fencing, paving and other groundwork
- Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute landscaping jobs
- Ensure that all gardening equipment is properly cleaned, maintained, and stored
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in gardening or groundskeeping
- Familiarity with various hand tools and power tools used in landscaping
- Ability to operate irrigation systems and troubleshoot common issues
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with team members

Note: All positions must be paid including internship positions.

**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
