Right now, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and committed Maintenance Person to join the team at our care home in Perranporth. Our focus is on providing the highest quality care, in a safe and well maintained environment at all times. Is yours?

**About the role**

You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of routine maintenance and repair jobs, with minimum disruption to the care home.

Your key duties will include painting and decorating all types of rooms within the home, general gardening and small maintenances jobs around the home, and completing a set of weekly and monthly tests and checks, to ensure the home is safe.

**What you’ll need**

Friendly, approachable and flexible, you do not need to have previous experience of working in a maintenance role, but should be competent at DIY, and careful and methodical. You will need to understand the importance of keeping high standards in and around the home, ensuring our residents enjoy a safe, pleasant and comfortable environment.
