Philanthropy plays a vital role in advancing the Museum’s mission, reach, and impact through a range of sector-leading curatorial, public engagement and capital programmes.
There is an opportunity for an experienced philanthropy professional to join the Advancement department, as we plan a major campaign to support the British Museum’s transformation for the 21st century.
Reporting to the Head of Philanthropy, the post holder will manage a number of high-level relationships with private trusts, foundations and individuals, both in the UK and internationally, and will lead a high-performing team in delivering ambitious growth targets.
