My staff team are all trained and familiar with supporting someone with similar needs, they have also completed their basic mandatory training to be able to best support me. **What is important to us** - I like to work at Key Enterprises as a bike technician during the week. - Sometimes I like to cook, I also like to go on trips and watch film at Key as well. - I like my staff to support me whilst I am not at Key Enterprises. - I like to go shopping at Morrisons and go from walks with my staff team - I like to attend the cafes and pubs on Byker High Street. - I am quite independent and mainly need emotional support. - I like my staff to be good listeners, supportive and give advice options for me to think about. - I have a south facing back yard, which is a sunspot in summer and my back gate has access to a large communal area. **My Home** - The community is very lively where I live - There are lots of shops, pubs and leisure facilities on my doorstep. - Ouseburn Farm and The Cluny are located nearby. - There are brilliant transport links. There are regular buses from Newcastle and a metro station within a 5-minute walk. **Other information** - I have part time one to one support and a sleepover each night. - I work Monday to Friday so only have a few support hours during the week. - I really enjoy staff that are outgoing, reliable and are good listeners. **Your values**: We know it takes a special person to work in social care and we recognise that not everyone that would be perfect for the role, will have professional experience.
